How do I place an order?
Placing an order is easy! Simply browse our website, select the products you want, and click Add to Cart. Once you're ready, go to your cart and proceed to checkout. We accept multiple payment methods including credit cards, PayPal, and other secure options.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.), PayPal, Acima, Affirm, and Shopify Payments. For more secure and convenient transactions, Shopify Payments is our preferred payment provider.
Can I change or cancel my order after it’s been placed?
Once an order is placed, it is processed quickly to ensure fast shipping. Unfortunately, we're unable to make changes or cancel an order once it's been confirmed. Please double-check your order before completing the checkout process.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes! We offer international shipping to most countries. Shipping fees and delivery times vary depending on your location. During checkout, you'll be able to see the shipping options available for your destination.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
When we have received your order, you will automatically receive an e-mail confirming your order. Orders made before 2 PM (CET) will be picked, packed and shipped the same day. Delivery time is usually 2-4 working days with DHL Express.
What do I do if my order is damaged or defective?

Can I return an item?
